Return & Exchange Policy
At OniricoR, we are fully committed to your satisfaction.
Each item undergoes quality inspection before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’ll take immediate action to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and its packaging.
We’ll ask you to repack the product securely and return it to our workshop.
Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send the correct or replacement item at no additional cost.
